Piedmont tradition, together with the production of classic Robiola, marries the increasing request of cheeses with vegetable rennet.

The fig leaf decorates this classic cheese, adding a color note to a production process completly “green“.

Aspect and texture: soft and homogeneus paste, thin grey rind
Taste: sweet taste, slightly aromatic, fig flavor
Serving suggestions: fruity white wines or red wines. Orange jam, pumpkin and ginger jam. Bread with nuts or grapes
