Non si accettano reclami o contestazioni trascorsi 3 gg lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce.
La Luigi Guffanti 1876 s.r.l. non riceve merce resa dal destinatario se il reso non è preventivamente autorizzato dalla direzione. Non si accettano comunque resi di merci che non abbiano imballo originale, riferimenti nostra bolla e/o fattura, motivazione scritta da parte del cliente e autorizzazione preventivamente firmata dalla direzione. L’eventuale reso dovrà essere in porto franco.

No claim after 3 business days from receipt of goods will be accepted.
The company Luigi Guffanti 1876 s.r.l. does not receive goods delivered by the recipient if the return is not authorized in advance by management. We do not accept returns of goods that do not have original packaging and reference to the invoice,
written explanation from the customer’s and prior consent signed by Guffanti’s management. Any return must be prepaid.

Aucune revendication au bout de 3 jours ouvrables suivant la réception de la marchandise sera acceptée.
La Luigi Guffanti 1876 s.r.l. ne reçoit pas les marchandises livrées par le destinataire si le retour n’est pas autorisé à l’avance par la direction. Nous n’acceptons pas les retours de marchandises qui ont encore des références d’emballage d’origine dans notre bulle et / ou de la facture, une explication écrite de consentement préalable du client et signé par la direction. Tout retour doit être payé à l’avance.

Der Luigi Guffanti 1876 s.r.l. erhält keine Ware beim Empfänger ausgeliefert, wenn die Rendite nicht im Voraus von der Geschäftsleitung genehmigt. Wir akzeptieren keine Rücksendungen von Waren, die noch original verpackt Referenzen Unsere Blase und / oder Rechnung, schriftliche Erklärung des Kunden zuvor ihre Zustimmung und unterzeichnet durch das Management. Jede Rücksendung muss im voraus bezahlt werden.
