Saturday, September 10, 2011 edition of “Il Corrieredella Sera” published an interesting and comprehensive article on “Luigi Guffanti 1876″. Our patron Carlo Fiori spoke with the reporter Marisa Fumagalli, journalist form the prestigious Via Solferino’s newspapar (the newspaper is one of the other contemporaries of our company, as both the “young” class 1876). The result is an article full of details and some curiosity about our wonderful world of cheese.
