Our various proposals include whole or cut cheeses, individually wrapped in shrink-wrap film (we do not use vacuum sealing) and placed in round or square wooden boxes. The products are ready to be served : each one of them is furnished with an explanatory label. The contents of the confection may vary depending on the availability of the season or the client's requests. Each piece is wrapped on order, thus guaranteeing absolute freshness. All assortments contain a range of proposals from fresh or semi-fresh products to those more aged. They lead you down a tasting trail that can be transformed into a cheese based lunch or dinner.
