Scendendo dall’alpe

Today the first "Tome di Roberto" and the amazing (and classic) Ricotta d'Alpeggio, summer 2019, come down from the mountain pasture to the Luigi Guffanti's caves! Now they will enjoy a well-deserved rest in our caves, cared for and pampered every day, before being ready for sale.
