Produced following the great tradition of Northern Italian table cheeses, this toma is made from Piedmontese cow&#8217;s milk and is aged in our caves for at least <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"281\">45 days<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">The secret?
