that confirms the value of the product and the company&#8217;s expertise in selecting, aging, and promotion this fantastic PDO.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Among <strong>over 3,300 cheese<\/strong> in the competition, divided into 142 categories, Gorgonzola DOP Dolce achieved an excellent score, recognized by a jury composed of experts and master cheesemakers from all over the world.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The jury particularly praised the softness of the paste, the balanced creaminess, and a well-rounded aromatic bouquet, which combines lactic and fruity notes with a slight hint of spiciness typical of the best Sweet Gorgonzola PDO.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This victory is the result of daily work that begins with the selection of the wheels, continues in our aging caves in Arona, and concludes with the continuous monitoring of every single wheel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For Luigi Guffanti, the World Championship Cheese Contest 2026 is an important milestone in a journey that values tradition, territory, and production, fully respecting the standards of the Gorgonzola DOP Dolce (Protected Designation of Origin).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The award at the World Championship
