Today the first “Tome di Roberto” and the amazing (and classic) Ricotta d’Alpeggio, summer 2019, come down from the mountain pasture to the Luigi Guffanti’s caves! Now they will enjoy a well-deserved rest in our caves, cared for and pampered every day, before being ready for sale.
