Murianeng is a rare mountain blue cheese produced in the Upper Susa Valley, near the French border. Related to Savoy cheeses, such as Castelmagno, it has a unique texture and flavor, influenced by the mountain environment. The long aging process allows for the development of a strong natural blue marbling.
