Pecorino a caglio vegetale – 500 gr

A modern reinterpretation, in keeping with the great tradition of Sardinian sheep’s milk.

This soft pecorino is made exclusively from raw milk from extensively grazed animals, using vegetable rennet obtained from thistle flowers.
The cheese is characterized by a firm paste with an elastic texture and sweet notes, derived from both the sheep’s milk and vegetable rennet.
