Erboricao – 250 gr
The latest addition to the classic Novara blue cheese range, named after the city of Arona’s patron saint, is Erborinato Sancarlone, presented here in the “Erboricao” version.
This cheese is made from cow’s milk from the province of Novara. The result is a blue table cheese that harks back to the great tradition of Piedmontese blue cheeses.
The cheese is then cut into discs, between which cocoa and hazelnut paste is added. The cream is then spread on the outside and decorated with candied orange peel. The cheese is then left to mature for at least 60 days in the Luigi Guffanti cellars in Arona.
It has an intense and slightly spicy flavour, characteristic of blue cheeses, interspersed with the well-known sweetness of the chocolate and orange cream.
Allergen: Hazelnut
