Erboritain Guffanti (blue cheese and chocolate)

A sweet new addition to Guffanti’s lineup. A modern reimagining of the classic Guffanti Blueberry Praline: ERBORITAINs are finally available!

A chocolate Napolitain (both milk chocolate and white chocolate) with a blue cheese core,

hence the name ERBORinato + napolITAIN = ERBORITAIN

Each praline bears the name of the founders of Luigi Guffanti Formaggi, namely Luigi and Dirce (husband and wife).

Dirce is made of milk chocolate with Novara blue cheese, while Luigi presents white chocolate with Sancarlone blue cheese and coffee inside.

The two Napolitains united form a heart, the great heart of the women and men who produce and work the cheese and the great heart with which Guffanti has passed down its cheesemaking tradition over time.

All dedicated and named after the founding great-grandparents, with the two “Erboritains”, Luigi and Dirce who, united – as the two spouses have been throughout their lives – form a heart, the big heart of all those who appreciate and follow Guffanti and the one, if possible even bigger, with which Guffanti has passed down its dedication to the cheesemaking tradition over time.
