Sancarlone Goat’s Blue Cheese – 250/300 gr
Another variant of the classic Novarese Blue that bears the name of the patron saint of the city of Arona: San Carlo.
Sancarlone Goat’s Blue Cheese is made from goat’s milk collected in the province of Novara and harks back to the great tradition of blue cheeses, adding goaty tones that complement the typical mushroom notes resulting from the blue-veining process and subsequent aging.
It has a pleasant, intense, savoury, but not spicy flavour.
